I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished with an exceptional bathroom, although the small double bed was a bit rickety. The service was impeccable, with the staff being conscientious about allergens and incredibly helpful. The location was charming, overlooking the Pantiles, although a bit slanted at the top end. The dining experience was delightful, with tasty options and amazing service. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor room issues.

The room facing the noisy street stayed cool and provided a comfortable night's sleep, it was very clean and comfortable, and the quaint decor with old-style pieces added charm. The service was excellent, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location, while tasteful, had slight wallpaper peeling, was fantastic albeit liable to flooding, and the room change was handled well.
